I forgot to tell you guys! I was rummaging around the unpacked boxes of books at my parents house (there are dozens), looking for something to read, and I found this! A Franklin Mystery of Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy by John le Carre. Look at that binding and cover! It’s beautiful. The pages are gorgeous as well. I can tell no one has read this copy because it barely opens without forcing the binding (which I haven’t yet). I’ve been meaning to read it for years (even before the film came out) so I brought it to my dad and informed him I was taking it back to Iowa City with me. I’m in the middle of LOTR right now, but it’s next on my list so I’ll let you guys know how it is! I’m so excited.

Mod Notes: Sweet jesus, that’s a gorgeous cover design. Simple and very much what the book is about in a way. I want it.
